Herb Ritchie Wins Election!!!
The voters have spoken, and Herb Ritchie has been elected Judge of the 337th District Court of Harris county, Texas. Judge Elect, Ritchie, conveys his gratitude to his many supporters, and pledges to be a fair, impartial, and hard working judge for the people of Harris County.
